OUR FOUNDER
JACQUIE HOWDYSHELL
FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Jacquie has been a trusted advisor to dentists, their teams, and their families since 1991. Starting from the ground up as an operations director at a local dental practice, Jacquie learned and mastered the day-to-day functions of running a successful practice. She advanced these skills as Chief of Staff to Dr. Jim Pride, DDS of the Pride Institute, the nation's then-leading dental practice management organization where she learned how to identify and drive practice performance. She rounded out these skills when she joined Bank of America as a Vice President in their Dental Practice Lending Group where she managed a national portfolio of dental loans and worked with each and every dental practice owner personally to ensure he or she would succeed and felt supported no matter what challenges life brought.
In 2011, Jacquie founded Diversified Dental Solutions to help dentists and their staff reach their full potential. As President of Diversified Dental, she has helped operate and grow several hundred dental practices across the United States. Jacquie has consistently improved the clinical, operational, and financial results of these practices with outcomes ranging from 2x-3x increases in profitability. This has led to greater take-home pay and practice values for dentists, their teams, and their families. The Diversified Dental Solutions playbook works time and again.
Jacquie is a frequent national lecturer for the American Dental Association and the California Dental Association. She is passionate about her volunteer work with a local youth organization focused on empowering young women with difficult upbringings and helping them advance educational and professional endeavors. Jacquie is a proud mom of two sons. She can be found cheering on her boys—and the San Francisco Giants and 49ers!
